Welcome to MedStation Wellness, operated by MedStation Card LLC (“MedStation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or services.
1. Nature of Services
MedStation Wellness is not a medical provider, pharmacy, or healthcare professional. MedStation does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or dispense drugs.
MedStation provides administrative, technology, and customer support services that allow users to access telehealth services delivered by independent, licensed healthcare providers through a third-party telehealth platform operated by our partner, MD Integrations Medical Group PC.
All medical services are provided solely by licensed healthcare providers, who practice independently and exercise their own clinical judgment.
2. No Guarantee of Treatment or Prescription
Medical consultations do not guarantee approval for treatment, the issuance of a prescription, or access to any specific medication. Licensed providers may approve, modify, or deny treatment for any reason based solely on clinical judgment. Medication type, dosage, duration, or denial of treatment is determined exclusively by the licensed provider.
3. Telehealth Services
Telehealth services are provided via secure electronic communication. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the limitations of telehealth, including potential technology failures, incomplete information, or the need for in-person care. Telehealth services are only available in states where licensed providers are authorized to practice.
4. Payments and Fees
All services offered through MedStation Wellness are self-pay only. MedStation collects consultation and administrative fees as a non-clinical service on behalf of the provider network. Fees may include membership or subscription fees and one-time consultation fees.
MedStation does not bill insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any third-party payors. Medication costs, if prescribed, are paid separately to the dispensing pharmacy and are not included in MedStation fees.
5. Pharmacies
Prescriptions, if approved, are transmitted to licensed U.S. pharmacies selected by the provider. MedStation does not own or operate any pharmacy, does not manufacture or dispense medications, and does not receive compensation, referral fees, or revenue sharing from any pharmacy.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Users are encouraged to review that policy prior to purchasing services.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, use services only for lawful purposes, and not misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent clinical safeguards. Licensed providers rely on the accuracy of the information you submit when making medical decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedStation is not liable for medical decisions made by licensed providers, denied prescriptions, adverse outcomes, or treatment effectiveness. MedStation’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the services is limited to the amount paid to MedStation during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
