Refund and Cancellation policy

Effective Date: December 17, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered through MedStation Wellness, operated by MedStation Card LLC (“MedStation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any services.

  1. General Policy

All services provided through MedStation Wellness are self-pay and relate to administrative access to telehealth services delivered by independent licensed healthcare providers. MedStation does not provide medical care, prescriptions, or pharmacy services.

Refund eligibility depends on whether a medical consultation has occurred, as described below.

  1. Refunds Before Medical Consultation

If you request a refund before your medical consultation with a licensed healthcare provider has taken place, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid to MedStation.

Refund requests must be submitted prior to the consultation appointment or before the provider reviews your medical intake, whichever occurs first.

  1. Refunds After Medical Consultation

Once a medical consultation has occurred, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds after consultation may be granted on a case-by-case basis at MedStation’s sole discretion, depending on the circumstances of the request.

Consultation fees reflect administrative and professional time already incurred and are generally non-refundable after services have been rendered.

  1. Medications and Pharmacy Charges

MedStation Wellness does not sell, dispense, or bill for medications.

Any medication costs charged by a licensed pharmacy are governed by the pharmacy’s own refund and return policies. MedStation is not responsible for pharmacy charges or medication refunds.

  1. Subscriptions and Memberships

You may cancel a subscription or membership at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to services through the end of that billing period.

No retroactive refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.
